Patricia M. Reiser

Patricia Mary Reiser (nee Arciszewski) Born to Eternal Life August 9, 2021 at age 89. Dear mom of Kathy (Roger) Musack, Deb (Sue Keith), and Sherrie (Michael Cornelson). Cherished grandma of LeAnn (Tom) Skogen. Aunt to Bob and Andrea. Further survived by other relatives and friends. And Judith. Preceded in death by parents Leon F. and Justine as well as her dear brothers Reverend Gilbert and Leon G. We pray they had a joyous reunion. Before retirement, mom worked for many years in the UWM Office of the Chancellor. She also worked as administrative assistant with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Mom was a lifelong learner and we are proud that she obtained her bachelor's degree from UWM at age 61. She also loved to volunteer and was an avid reader, a joy she passed on to her granddaughter who now teaches. Mom also loved to travel and had a unique gift of mapping family vacations to include a state's key attractions and capital city. To this day, some of us don't consider a state as officially visited if we haven't been to its Capitol building. Visitation at 10:00am with Mass at 11:00am, Tuesday, August 24 at Our Lady Queen of Peace, Milwaukee. (3222 S. 29th St.). Private interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. The family wishes to thank the staff at Heritage Elm Grove for their patience and support helping mom transition into Memory Care. Same to the staff at Froedtert & MCW for the care and respect shown to mom in her final days. We are grateful. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to fight Alzheimer’s. Or consider planting a tree in her memory – but just not too close to others – that really bothered her in recent years. Mom, we always said you can’t feed Asker and Harper from the table, but feel free to give Lucy, Logan, Jack, Brandy, and Dusty all the treats they want now. May peace now be with you always. You're home.
