Hagen, Patricia A. (Nee Piechota) Born to Eternal Life April 30, 2019 at the age of 84. Loving wife of Roger Hagen. Loving sister-in-law of Tim (Barb) Hagen. Dear aunt of Sr. Jennifer Ladowski, Catherine (Michael) Dobkoski, Patricia "Patti" (Keith) Lindbo, Ellen Ladowski and friend Rich, Sara (Michael) Quinn and Luanne (Zane) Krueger. Further survived by her cousins David Janiszewski, Rosemary Janiszewski, Robert Kardasz and Stephanie Zaborowski. Great Aunt of Angie Lane, Ben (Hannah) Lindbo, Michael (Inge) Dobkoski, Alex, Chris, Tim and Kevin. Great Great Aunt of Ava, Emme, Maya, Sophie, Samuel, Jack and the late Amanda. Further survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Joseph (Angeline) Piechota and her brothers Donald (Sharon) Piechota and Kenneth Piechota and her sisters Dolores (Robert) Desmond and Eleanor (Eugene) Ladowski. Pat spent 25 years doing the Lords's service and earned her teaching degree from St. Norbert's College in De Pere, Wisconsin and she taught in various cities in the State of Wisconsin, six of those years as Principal. After leaving the convent she became a parish secretary at various parishes. She registered her future husband, Roger, to the parish. She was very active at St. Alexander Parish, now St. John Paul II. She taught religious education for fifteen years, past president of the adult choir and helped establish the Resurrection choir called the "Mourning Doves". Pat also loved to travel and see the USA and Canada. The family extends their thanks and gratitude to the staff at St. Francis Place for their great care of Pat during her time there. Also a special thanks to Dr. Edward Chang for all his dedication in helping Pat throughout her illness. A visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS FUNERAL HOME on Tuesday May 7, 2019 from 4-7 PM with a prayer service at 6 PM. Family and friends please meet at ST. JOHN PAUL II PARISH St. Alexander Church (1568 W. Holt Ave. Milw. WI) on Wednesday May 8th for the funeral mass at 10 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations to St. John Paul II Parish would be appreciated.
