Norbert William Brunhoefer

Brunhoefer, Norbert William. Passed away May 26, 2008 at the age of 84. He was the loving husband of Genevieve (nee Hoague) for 62 yrs and the dear father of Cristine (Dennis) Reischl and Connie (David) Keating. Loving grandfather of Matthew and Brian Reischl and Steven Keating. Great grandfather of Clayton Zimmerman. He is survived by a sister, Agnes Frei and preceded in death by a brother, Donald Brunhoefer (Lucille). He is loved by many neices, nephews and friends. Visitation Thursday, May 29 from 4 to 7 PM with Vigil Services 7 PM at MAX A. SASS FUNERAL HOME, MISSION HILLS CHAPEL. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM Friday, May 30 at St. Alphonsus Church, 5960 W. Loomis Rd. Private interment Good Hope Cemetery. Norb was a very active volunteer for many years in the Greendale Lion's Club, Knights of Columbus, St. Alphonsus parish, Greendale Reading Buddies, America Field Service, Nordic Ski Club, Birdhouse Workshop, Friendship Force, Men's Service Club (Red Coats) at West Allis Memorial Hospital as well as various other places. We would like to thank the doctors and staff at St. Luke's Hospital for their excellent care, compassion and support during his last days. In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations to Greendale Lion's Club or Knights of Columbus (Trinity Council #4580) would be appreciated.
