Nora M. Bakr, born on July 29, 1964, in Lafayette Indiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on December 3 2024, in Franklin, Wisconsin. She was a dedicated professional and a beloved member of her family and community.

Nora had a long and fulfilling career with Ascension Health Care Systems, where she last served as a manager of the employee compensation department. Her commitment and hard work left a lasting impact on her colleagues and the organization.

A proud alumna, Nora received her bachelor's degree from UW Parkside, which sparked her lifelong passion for learning and personal growth. Those who knew her considered her a quiet, compassionate, humble, and kind individual. Nora was deeply dedicated to her family and always approached life with a conservative and practical mindset.

Nora's interests were diverse, reflecting her vibrant spirit. She thrived at Harley Events, summer festivals and enjoyed the creative outlets found in crafting, DIY projects, and shopping at Hobby Lobby. A fan of HGTV, she had an eye for design and decoration, channeling her creativity into her home. She enjoyed time spent in the kitchen where she became an experienced cook and baker.  Her love for animals, particularly cats, showcased her gentle nature. An avid sports fan, Nora found joy in cheering for her favorite teams, and she loved to travel and explore new wineries, enriching her life with experiences and memories. She dreamed of owning an old 50's pick-up that Tim would restore and she would drive.

Nora leaves behind a loving family that will cherish her memory forever. She was the devoted mother of Jacob Bialk, Kaela (Jace) Kramer, and Mitchell Bialk, and a proud grandmother to Adalynn and Cade. She was the daughter of Mamdouh and the late Ruth Bakr, and the cherished sister of Shawn (LeAnn) Bakr. As an aunt, she was a source of guidance and love to Ian, Elias, and Reece. In addition, Nora shared a beautiful bond with her fiancé of 22 years, Timothy Conover. She welcomed her stepchildren into her heart, including Eric (Claudia) Conover, Matthew Conover, Michael (Pamela) Conover, and Nicholas Conover.
