Nancy Christine Stys

Nancy Christine Stys, born on May 31, 1934, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away on February 15, 2025, in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Nancy's life was a testament to kindness and compassion, and she will be remembered for her warm smile and sweet demeanor. As a wonderful, nurturing, and caring woman, she inspired all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Nancy was the beloved daughter of Bernard and Julia Kruczynski. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Stys, and her siblings: Paul Kruczynski, Evelyn Stock, and James Kruczynski. Nancy cherished her family dearly and kept close memories of those who went before her.

She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, particularly in her love for dogs and her regular gatherings to play Canasta, a tradition she enjoyed for decades. Nancy took great pride in her family, and her proudest accomplishments were her children and grandchildren.

Nancy is survived by her children, Lisa and Dan Lustig, and Mike Stys and Susan Schwartz. She was a loving grandmother to Allen Lustig, Brittany (Brandon), Stephanie Lustig, and Zachary Lustig, as well as a great-grandmother to Abby Lustig.

A visitation will be held on February 22, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM, both at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral and Cremation Greenridge Chapel, located at 4747 S. 60th Street in Greenfield, Wisconsin.

Nancy's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will carry forward the legacy of love and kindness that she embodied throughout her life.
