Daleccio, Monserrate, (Nee Colon) Born to eternal life June 10, 2014 at the age of 75 years.Beloved wife of the late Angel Daleccio. Loving mother of Luis (Debra), Francis, Edgar (Martha), Christian and Carmen (Michael). Dearest grandma to Jason, Ryan, Erin, Monolin, Angel, Monica, Amanda, Ivan and Cecilia. Further survived by 2 brothers 1 sister, 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many loving friends. Monserrate was a life long member of St. Patrick Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick Church (723 W. Washington St.) on Friday June 13th at 3 PM. A visitation will than follow at the church from 4-7 PM. A further visitation will take place at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home (1515 W. Oklahoma Ave) on Saturday from 9-10 AM with the procession to Forest Home Cemetery for committal prayers Max A.
