Ming Chee Yu

Ming Chee Yu Passed away peacefully on January 27, 2020 at the age of 79 with her daughter by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Pak Shun Yu, who passed away in 2007. Ming Chee was a beautiful person inside and out. She was a loving mother to her two children and a doting grandmother to her three grandchildren, whom she adored. She always had a twinkle in her eyes and was loved by all who knew her. Though she suffered from health issues recently, she was a fighter and always had a positive attitude. Ming Chee enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially in her gardens. She also enjoyed reading, knitting and sewing. She was an avid football fan, especially of the Green Bay Packers. She is survived by her two children, Mary, of Milwaukee, WI, and Dixon (Pamela), of New Canaan, CT; and three granddaughters, Isabelle, Alexandra and Sophia. Private interment at Forest Home Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to the Make A Wish Foundation (wish.org).
