Mildred V. Riggs

Mildred "Millie" V. Riggs(nee-Anderson), Passed into the loving arms of God on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the age of 84. Born 1929 in Detroit Michigan, preceded in death by her eldest son David. Survived by her children Sharon (Donald) Flesch, Jerry, Patti (John) Scheidt, Barbara, Robert (Carol), Elizabeth (Rob) Bezjak, and John. Sister of Jim (Beverly) Anderson and Jane (Walter) Post. Loved by her grandchildren Nikki Lannert (nee-Flesch), Steve Flesch, Joy Beattie, Doug Beattie, Jenna Schlintz (nee-Scheidt), Kristy Grob, Ben Grob, Becca Vance (nee-Grob), Matt Riggs, Katie Riggs, & Sam Bezjak. Cherished by her great-grandchildren Kayla, Kylie, & Jackson Lannert, Jackson & Evalynn Beattie, & Gunnar Schlintz. Millie lived a vibrant life full of love and devotion for her family. She passed down her love of music and dancing, gardening, cooking, and reading. Her smile would light up a room and her grace touched all that knew her. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home, Greenridge Chapel, 4747 S. 60th St. Greenfield Wisconsin from 1-3:30 pm with service at 3:45 pm. Burial immediately following at Highland Memorial Park 14875 W Greenfield Ave. New Berlin, Wisconsin. Millie will always be in our hearts and we take comfort knowing we will see her again someday.
