Michael ("Pops") Valentine Miramontes Sr.

Miramontes, Michael Valentine. Sr. ("Pops") Born to Eternal Life November 3, 2018 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Marlene (Nee Tietgen) Miramontes for 58 years. Loving dad of Duwayne (Lori), Tammy (Rick), Scott (Sherry), Vicki (Brian) Carrie (Lance), Mike Jr. (Charmaine) and Nick (Amber). Further survived by 18 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, nieces and other relatives and friends. Michael was preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Sarah Miramontes and his brother Manuel "Manny". Michael was the Athletic Director for many years at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hales Corners and also a coach and mentor for the boys and girls basketball teams at St. Mary's in Hales Corners and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Big Bend. Michael worked for many years at Payne & Dolan and retired from Downey Mechanical Contractors. Michael leaves this world with an unimaginable and immeasurable impact on all who knew him and all who will know of him for generations to come. A Memorial Visitation will be held at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH (S89 W22650 Milwaukee Ave., Big Bend) on Saturday November 24, 2018 from 10 - 11:45 AM with a Celebration of life Service to begin at 12 Noon. Private Interment.
