Michael P. "Mike" Sager

Sager, Michael P. "Mike" Joined his beloved wife Mary E. (nee Pavelko) on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at age 69. Beloved father of the late Alicia Sager, Rebecca (Brad) Novosad and Christopher (the late Megan) Sager. Proud grandfather of Travis, Tyler and Madelyn. Son of the late William and the late Esther Sager. Brother of Tom (Barbara), Gary (Sue) and Don (Kathy). He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at St. Lukes Catholic Church, 18000 W Greenfield Ave. Brookfield, Monday, January 29, from 3-5:15pm with mass to follow at 5:30pm. Burial to be Tuesday, January 30th at 11:30pm at St. Josephs Cemetery Waukesha. Mike was a caring, good hearted person with a wonderful sense of humor who loved his family. He loved spending his time with his children and grandchildren as well as to bringing enjoyment to every day of life. He was a business owner, teacher and coach as well a successful car salesman for many years. In his free time he loved being involved with sports including attending the Kentucky Derby for over 30 years and getting together with a big group of family and friends to watch the NCAA Tournament in Las Vegas. He will be remembered for his incredible resiliency, strength and tremendous positive spirit during his 6 year battle with cancer and health related issues. Mike's family is at peace knowing his struggle is over and has been reunited with his wife Mary and daughter Alicia in Heaven. His presence is still felt here on earth as he looks down upon us.
