Michael H. "Mick" "Mickey" Redzinski, Jr.

February 18, 1971 — December 22, 2022

Michael H. Redzinski, Jr. (“Mick”/”Mickey”) was born on February 18, 1971 in Milwaukee and passed unexpectedly and peacefully in his sleep on December 22, 2022. Beloved son of Susan and Michael Redzinski. Loving brother of Patrick (Wende) Fair, Paul Fair, Anne Marie (Tamela Greene) Arroyo. Further survived by aunts, uncles, a niece and nephews, cousins, and many friends whom he loved.

At a young age, Mick loved to tag along with his mom and that carried through into adulthood as they went to concerts and did family projects together. Growing up, his siblings took advantage of his cuteness as they sent him to his parents to “sell” them on their ideas. Mom and Dad, of course, always succumbed to his pleas.

Mick loved music and traveling, and began his musical journeys at a young age, as he followed his favorite band, The Grateful Dead, across the U.S. He then took to the road for a living as he drove taxi in Las Vegas and then drove truck from coast-to-coast meeting new people and making new friends along the way.

As his family and friends knew, Mick could strike up a conversation with just about anyone about any subject. He was well-rounded and could talk music, sports, politics, religion, comedy--you name it. He brought an interesting perspective to any conversation. He also had a way with animals. There wasn’t a cat or dog that he didn’t love, and the feeling was always mutual.

Most recently, Mick and his longtime friend from childhood, Reverend Richard Krause, had long, daily talks on the phone, including over 120 hours reading and studying the New Testament word for word to the full understanding as a Born Again saved Disciple for Christ. Mick was baptized this past July by Reverend Richard.

Mick resided in Black River Falls where he worked part-time and where he and his brother Paul would give each other a hard time on the daily. Mick was a good, kind, and exceptional person, and he will be dearly missed by all.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 30 at 11AM followed by a Service at 12 Noon at the Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home 1515 W. Oklahoma Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53215.
