Michael D. Kosinski "Mike" Joined his beloved wife Lynn (nee Woythal) October 29, 2021 at the age of 69. Father of Melissa (Michael) Bond, Jessica (Don) Freichels, Nicole Kosinski, Matthew Kosinski and Kristen (Michael) Hacker. Dear son of Shirley (nee Machajeski) and the late Daniel Kosinski. Also loved and survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 brothers and 7 sisters, 3 sisters in law, nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Preceded in death by his father and mother in law Gilbert Woythal and Eleanor Woythal (nee Pfaff). Visitation at St John Paul II Parish, St. Alexander Church, 1568 W. Holt Ave. on Wednesday, November 3, 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM, Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Entombment to follow at St Adalbert Cemetery. Please wear something blue to the service in honor of Mike. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Mike was an employee of Maynard Steel for 35 years as a welder. He loved fishing and model railroading.
