Blomquist, Michael A. "Mike" Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at the age of 56. Beloved husband of Donna for 26 years. Loving dad of Ryan and Megan. Dear brother of Steven(Janine) and Timothy. Nephew of Janette Baumgartner and Donna(the late Kenneth)Baumgartner. Further survived by nieces, nephew, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel on Monday, June 8 from 4-7 PM. Memorial Service at 7 PM. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association appreciated.
