Merle H. Johnson

Born to Eternal Life on April 24, 2017 at age 89. Beloved husband of the late Elaine. Lovingly survived by his children Susan (Douglas) Prondzinski, Sheryl (Phillip) Dunday and Heidi (David) Schuh. Devoted grandpa of Neil (Laura), Jack (Patty), Kelly (Chris), Brandee (Jim), Amy, Laura (Ryan) and Katie (fiance Shawn). Proud great grandpa of Max and Stella. Dear brother of Ramona, Joyce and the late Gayle. Brother in law of Ed and Alice. Cherished friend of Rich and Anne Pastorek and their children. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Merle retired from Allen Bradley after 25 years of dedicated service. He enjoyed riding his bike, golfing, wood carving and his turkey dinners. Visitation will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church (S66 W14325 W. Janesville Rd., Muskego, WI) on Sunday, April 30, 2017 from 1:30 - 2:45 PM. The funeral service will be celebrated at 3 PM. Burial with full Military Honors will take place on Monday at Arlington Park Cemetery at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Paul's Lutheran Church. The family would like to thank the staff of Heritage at Deer Creek for the loving care they provided to Merle.
