Found peace on September 9, 2019 at age 24. Lovingly survived by her parents Edwin and Jacquelyn Medina. Cherished sister of Edwin Medina. Beloved paternal granddaughter of Ramona Lopez and maternal granddaughter of Gladys and Alejandro Rodriguez and Luis Rivera. Great granddaughter of Ovelisa Velez Gonzalez. Further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and by her dog Kane. Visitation will be held at the Max Sass Funeral Home - Greenridge Chapel on Friday, September 13, 2019 from 4 PM until time of service at 7 PM. Additional visitation on Saturday, at St. Adalbert Cemetery - Chapel of Hope from 9:30 - 10:30 followed by committal prayers at 10:30. Entombment will take place following the prayers.
