Maryann A. Formankiewicz Nee Kordus. Passed January 22, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Frank Formankiewicz. Loving mother of the late Lynn (Dan) Kruse and Dory Formankiewicz. Dearest grandma of Courtney Frances. Special Aunt of Kevin Ronczka, Mark Ronczka and Debbie (Mike) Hartmann. Maryann will be sadly missed by other relatives and friends and Caterina. Committal prayers will take place at St. Adalbert Cemetery on Thursday, February 3rd at 11AM. If you are attending the committal services for Maryann, please meet by the cemetery office (3801 So. 6th Street, Milwaukee) by 10:55AM. Once everyone has arrived, cemetery personnel will lead us to the chapel for committal prayers. If you prefer, you can always meet at the chapel....stop in the main office to find out which chapel will be used.
