Mary L. Fischer

Fischer, Mary L. (nee Ballard) Went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2014 at age 62 surrounded by her loving husband Robert Fischer and daughters Julia and Anna. Beloved sister of Larry (Annette) Ballard. She is further survived by niceces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Brenda Pierce, all of the caregivers at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinics and the VNA nurses for the compassionate care they provided to Mary. The family is especially grateful for all those who donate blood. In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Vince Lombardi cancer Foundation. Visitation at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on Friday, May 30, 2014 from 4-7PM with a Vigil service at 7 PM. Additional visitation on Saturday at St. Steven Catholic Community (1441 W. Oakwood Rd) from 9-9:45 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM. Burial to follow at Forest Home Cemetery.
