Mary F. Barrett

Barrett, Mary Frances (Nee Brewer) Age 84. Died Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Born February 17, 1930 in Nashville, TN to Alvis Brewer and Helen Irene (Mayberry) Brewer. Preceded in death by James, her beloved husband of 52 years. Loving mother of Mollye, James (Joanna), Barry (Mary), and Robert (Stacey). Devoted grandmother and great-grandmother. Loving sister of Robert Charles (Glenda) Brewer, Helen (Gerald) Dodson, Johnny (Jeanette) Brewer, James Thomas Brewer, and Margaret Barrett. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mary was a retired small business owner with interests in history, genealogy and literature. Mary was also a proud Daughter of the American Revolution. A devout Christian, Mary was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church. The family extends their gratitude to the Aurora Hospice team, Charlene Ech, and Joyce Overeem for their loving care. Visitation is on Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 4:00-7:00 PM at MAX A SASS & SONS MISSION HILLS CHAPEL. Funeral Service is on Monday February 9, 2015 from 12:30-1:30 PM at Faith Presbyterian Church, 3800 West Rawson Avenue, Franklin.
