Marlene Joy Zingsheim

Zingsheim, Marlene Joy (Nee Lauchin) A long time resident of Greendale, passed away on February 22, 2011 at the age of 79. Devoted mother of Laurie Robb, Michael, Patricia (Tom) Carl and Steven (LeAnn) Zingsheim. Proud grandmother of Megan and Jackson. Loving aunt of Linda McGill and great-aunt of Kacee. Further survived by, and will be truly missed by other loving family and many dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents George and Edith Lauchin, her sister Mavis and John McGill, and daughter-in-law Monica Zolecki. Marlene was born in Milwaukee and moved to Muskego in 1963 to raise her family on Little Muskego Lake. She has resided in Greendale since 1982, enjoying the community and sharing her gift of gardening with family, friends and local retirement communities. She is the proud member of the Greendale Garden Gazing Club. Per Marlene's request, the family will celebrate her life with a private service. In lieu of flowers, Marlene would be honored if you would make a contribution to the Greendale Garden Gazing Club to help them continue the tradition of opening people's hearts through friendly neighbors and flowers. The 17th annual Greendale Garden Gazing walk is scheduled for July 9, 2011. Memorials can be sent to the Greendale Garden Gazing Club, 5781 Rochelle Drive, Greendale, WI 53129.
