"Koz" Of Oak Creek. Entered Heaven on Monday, August 14, 2017 at the age of 62. Loving husband of Julie (nee Beckers) for 38 years. Devoted dad of Katie (Justin) Gutowski and Amy (Ricky) Oliden. Adoring Papa of Brenna, Adelyn and Olivia. Dear son of Dolores and the late Daniel. Brother of Craig (Jeffrey Adair) Kozlowski, Jill Kozlowski and Jackie Regnier. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 9303 S. Chicago Rd., Oak Creek, on Saturday, August 19 from 10 AM until the Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 12 Noon. If desired, memorials to the church appreciated.
