Marilyn T. Downey

Joined her husband Wade in Heaven on September 5, 2021 at age 90. Lovingly survived by her children Charlene Downey, Donna (Thomas Loman) Szweda, the late Michael (Sharon) Downey, Carla Krueger and Shari Slamka. Dear sister of Nancy Kruschke. Beloved grandma of 11 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband Wade, son Michael, grandson Daniel, and by her three siblings. Visitation will take place at the Max Sass Funeral Home - Greenridge Chapel on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 1 PM until time of service at 4 PM. Burial to take place on Monday at St. Adalbert Cemetery at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.)
