Dusold, Marilyn M. (nee Olstad). Age 83, passed away peacefully Friday, October 12, 2012, at Franciscan Villa Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Marilyn was born in Menomonie, WI on September 7th, 1929, to the late Harry and Angelica Olstad (nee Bressler). On May 6, 1949, she married the love of her life, Walter Dusold Sr. of Milwaukee, WI, beginning their 62 years together. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, where she served with Walt on various committees and programs. Marilyn is preceded in death by her husband, Walter, her youngest daughter, Michelle, granddaughter, Mary Grace, and her siblings and in-laws; Harry and Jeanne Olstad, Lyle Olstad, Virginia (Dusold) Flash, Audrey and Larry Coon, and Howard and Edythe Dusold. She is survived by her children; Debbie (Dennis) James, Walter, Jr. (Annie Fang), Bill (Barb), Chris (Coleen), Barry, Lynn (Cheryl Sawdy), Carol (Barb Gollner), and Bonnie (Bill) Jackelen. She is further survived by her grandchildren she loved dearly; Evan and Matthew James, Allyson (Dan) Beck, Lindsay (Jonathan Kupcho), Clare, Andy (Jessica), Emily, Sarah, Ben, Brian, Julianne, Ana and Ian Sawdy-Dusold, Tim Forde, Kristen Jackelen and Jennifer (Chris) Gabbard, and great-grandson, Joseph Gabbard. She is also survived by her former son-in-law Ken (Sara) Jaeger and sister-in-law, Lucille Olstad. In lieu of flowers, we ask that charitable contributions be made to Our Savior's Foundation, the Alzheimer's Association, The Wisconsin Humane Society or a charity of your choice. Visitation will be Friday, October 19th from 4-7 pm at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 3022 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, with a service to follow. A private burial will be held at Arlington Cemetery in Milwaukee. Nothing is ever lost or forgotten, because those who finish their last breath continue in our hearts for the rest of our lives.
