Bogan, Marilyn M. (nee Gostomski) Born to Eternal Life December 14, 2010. Passed away peacefully at the age of 72 surrounded by her family at the Zilber Family Hospice after a courageous struggle with cancer. Loving wife of William Bogan Jr. for 50 years. Beloved mother of Sue (special friend Joe Buckhave), Julie (Chuck)Minette and David. Dear Busia of Lauren and Jack Minette. Preceded in death by her parents John and Harriet Gostomski. Marilyn leaves a host of relatives and friends in the United States and Poland who she charmed with her delightful personality and grace. Marilyn was a graduate of Bay View High School and studied ballet at the Warsaw Poland Opera School of Ballet. Close to her heart were her Catholic faith and love and appreciation of her Polish heritage. Marilyn was co-owner of Globe Travel Bureau. Visitation at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 6060 W. Loomis Rd., on Tuesday, December 21 from 11:30am-12:45pm. Mass of Christian Burial at 1pm. Private interment at St. Adalbert Cemetery. Memorials in Marilyn's name may be sent to Laski, Polish Home for the Blind in care of Polanki, Polish Women's Cultural Club of Milwaukee, P.O. Box 341458, Milwaukee, WI 53234. Also, donations accepted to the American Cancer Society.
