Special aunt of Pablo Moreno (Nina Hoffman). Dear great aunt of Jazmyn and Caeli Moreno. Loving grandma of Alex, Damion, Ch'ree, Darion and Leeyah. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family extends a special thanks to Horizon Home Care & Hospice for all their special care given to Maria. A visitation will be held at ST. PATRICK CHURCH (723 W. Washington St.) on Monday September 14, 2015 from 9 - 10:15 AM with the funeral mass to begin at 10:30AM.
