Braam-Radiano, Margaret R. (nee Raimer) Found peace on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the age of 93. Preceded in death by her husband Reginald Braam, 2 brothers and 1 sister. Loving mother of John, William (Mary), Christine (Charles) Jevnikar, Regina, Frances, James, Margaret, Edward (Sue) and Joseph. Further survived by 4 sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Margaret served in the Coast Guard during WWII as a member of the SPARS, 8th Division, stationed in New Orleans. She was a volunteer at the VA Domiciliary #2 in Milwaukee. She used to make Teddy Bears for Police and Fire Dept.'s in Miami, FL and Walnut Creek, OH and made pillows for cancer patients at local hospitals. She also volunteered at Walnut Creek Nursing Home, reading with students from the local elementary schools. She was a member of the Willey- Herda American Legion Post 192, St. Ann's Circle at St. Alphonsus, Greendale, the Sweet Adeline's Chorus and Valley Voices Chorus. She also served in the kitchen's at St. Alphonsus and Greendale High School. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and cross stitching. Special thanks to the staffs at Wheaton Franciscan, Franklin, Meadowmere Senior Living and Maple Ridge Nursing Home. Visitation at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel on Saturday, May 7 from 10 AM - 12 Noon. Memorial Service at 12 Noon with Military Honors to follow. Private interment at Wood National Cemetery.
