Margaret Leer

Margaret Leer (Nee Redzinski). Joined her beloved husband after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease on June, 7, 2021 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Dear mother of Steven (Catherine), Pamela Mata (Jesse), and David. Cherished grandma of 6, great grandma of 15, and great-great grandma of 3. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other loved relatives, and friends. Margaret was an avid baker, sewer, mender, knitter, and shopper. Whenever anyone was in need, they knew who to go to, Margaret was always willing to help. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel on Saturday, June 19 starting at 9:30AM until time of Memorial Service at 11AM. Entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Margaret’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association would be appreciated (www.alz.org).
