Lucas James Carrao-Rodriguez

April 23, 2022 — June 6, 2024

Lucas James Carrao-Rodriguez, a beacon of pure joy and gentle love, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at the tender age of two. Born in Milwaukee, WI, on April 23, 2022, Lucas was the cherished son of Nicole and Christopher, who nurtured his loving spirit from the moment he graced this world.

From his earliest days, Lucas's life was a vivid tapestry woven with the brightest colors of his interests. His fascination with all things colorful was as radiant as his smile, which could light up any room. His playful nature was a source of endless happiness for all who had the privilege of watching him explore the world with wide-eyed wonder.

Lucas had an insatiable love for the outdoors, where he could be seen basking in the sunshine, his laughter mingling with the breeze. He had a particular fondness for the animated adventures of "Tinkerbell and the Lost Treasure," a testament to his imaginative spirit and his love for stories that took him on flights of fancy beyond the skies.

Lucas was the adored grandson of Venus, CJ, Frank, Connie, and Peter, who showered him with affection and marveled at his every milestone. His aunts and uncles, Jennifer, Amber (Nate), Alex (Allison), Peter Jr., Amy, Nicole, Samuel, and Benjamin, along with his cousin Kelly, were his ever-present playmates and protectors. Lucas was also blessed with godparents, Josie and Drew, who held a special place in his heart.

Described as loving, spirited, and gentle, Lucas was a child who brought out the best in those around him. He was a reminder of the purity and innocence that exists in the world, and though his time with us was brief, his impact was profound. His gentle presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as he leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire and comfort his family.

As we bid farewell to Lucas James Carrao-Rodriguez, a visitation will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the MAX A. SASS OKLAHOMA CHAPEL from 11:00 AM until the time of sharing at 1:00 PM. Lucas's life, though short, was a reminder of the preciousness of each moment and the enduring power of love.
