April 5, 1938 – March 20, 2021 Loretta “Lorre” Ann Morbeck (nee Wroblewski) went to be with the Lord on March 20, 2021 at the age of 82. Loving wife of 61 years to Ralph. Proud and loving mother to three children: Michael Morbeck, Lynn (Dave) Luebke, and Anne (Chris) Meyer. Dear grandmother to Stefanie (Isaac), Shannon, Bryan, Taylor, Daniel, Bradley, Aleah and Brooklynn; and great grandmother to Eelyn. Further survived by her sister Barbara Laskowski, and other relatives and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Casmir and Ann Wroblewski, and her brother Larry Wroblewski. Born and raised in Cudahy, WI, Lorre was baptized and confrmed at St. John (Slovak) Ev. Lutheran Church in Cudahy, attended Kosciuszko Elementary School and graduated from Cudahy High School (class of 1956). In October of 1958, Lorre met her husband of 61 years, Ralph Morbeck, at a church youth group hayride. They were married on November 7, 1959 at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church in Cudahy. They purchased a house in Milwaukee where thay raised their family until moving to East Troy in 1981. During this period, Lorre provided home day care services for children of neighbors and friends. After moving to East Troy, Lorre worked at Pahle Small Animal Clinic in West Allis. In 1985 she was hired by the U.S. Postal Service and worked at the Big Bend Post Office until her retirement in 2000. Following her retirement, Lorre and Ralph moved to Stony Creek in Muskego. Lorre spent the final year of her life at Caring Alternatives in Muskego, where she passed away. Lorre loved camping and the many summers she spent at Sheltering Oaks Campground on Army Lake. She also loved country music and bluegrass music and enjoyed attending shows and festivals her entire life. Lorre always had music playing in her home. Her other interests included dogs, reading, movies, traveling, sewing, knitting, puzzle books, swimming, biking, bowling, and spending time with her grandchildren. Most importantly, Lorre put her trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. She worshipped and attended Bible class regularly and took part in numerous church activities, taught Sunday school and volunteered her time often. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Muskego when she was called home. Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 10 from 9:00 am to 11:00am at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, S66 W14325 W. Janesville Rd, Muskego. A memorial service will held at 11:00 am. Following the memorial service, there will be a luncheon at Matty’s Bar & Grille, 14460 W. College Ave, New Berlin.
