Haworth, Lorelei J. (Nee Wallace) Born to Eternal Life November 13, 2009 at the age of 70 years. Loving wife of the late Robert A. Haworth Jr. Beloved mother of Robert A. III, Rebekah (Joseph) Cieslak, Barbara Haworth (Lamar Seabrooks) and Gilford Haworth. Dearest Nana of Sweat Pea Haworth and Cassandra Cieslak. Sister of Barbara (Jerry) Todora. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. The family extends a special thanks to the many friends at Aurora St. Lukes Medical Center and Dr. Raul Mateo. Visitation at ST. HELEN CHURCH (3307 S. 10th St.) on Wednesday November 18, from 9 AM - 10:15 AM. Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Helen Church would be Appreciated.
