Swierczynski, Lisa Lynn (nee Moederndorfer) Born to glory with the Lord on March 31, 2015 at the age of 55. Beloved wife of Rick for 29 years. Cherished mom of Jessica (Greg) Zimdahl and Justin. Proud Mema of Hosannah, Havilah and Hezekiah. Dear sister of Timothy Schmitz. Further survived by other loving relatives and friends. Visitation Tuesday 4-7 pm with a service at 7 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Falls Baptist Church or VCY America.
