Linda A. Honl

December 15, 1947 — July 8, 2024

Linda Ann Honl (nee Karges) entered the church triumphant, Monday, July 8, 2024. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Robert Honl; her siblings, Patricia Johnson, Shirley Krause, Thomas Karges, Ruth Cieslak, Antoinette Binner, and Raymond Karges as well as her son-in-law, Jonathan Regan.

She was born in Milwaukee, WI on December 15, 1947; the youngest child, of Arthur & Elizabeth Karges.

Linda loved Kenny Rogers and enjoyed seeing him in concert when he’d come to Milwaukee.

In her earlier years, she’d work the daily crossword puzzle in the newspaper. In later years she enjoyed watching the Game Show Network.

Her kids used to tell her jokes knowing full well she wouldn’t understand them until hours, sometimes, days later. Once she “got the joke”, she’d call them & the only thing her kids heard on the other end was hysterical laughter.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Cheryl Regan of Indian Trail, NC, Christina (John) Pincolic of Racine, WI; Barbara (Bert) Ryckman of Tomah, WI; Alison (Kevin) Lucas of Milwaukee, WI; Patricia (Tim) Paulino of Ossipee, NH; Raymond Honl (fiancé Tammy Patrick) of Rochester, MA; Rebecca Honl of Wareham, MA and Breanna (Isaias) Garcia of West Allis, WI.

She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Cole (Jade) Regan, Seth (fiancé Edward) Regan, Karlye (Reese) McGee; Kaitlyn (Ryan) Casey; Cassandra Walesa, Brandon Johnson, David Ryckman, Troy (Jaime Drummond) Miller, Adam Miller, MaKenna (Christian) Burke, Katelyn Lucas, Cameron (Rose) Lucas, Timothy Paulino, Jr., Gabriel Paulino, Brianna Paulino, Christopher Paulino; Darnell Mendes, Alaysha Mendes, Shayla Mendes, and Raymond Honl Jr.; Emma Ferreira, Armani Garcia, Daisy Garcia and Jonathan Garcia; 12 great grandchildren & many nieces & nephews.
