Leroy Charles Nelson

Leroy C. Nelson Age 88, slipped away from us on Thursday, July 7, 2022, in the loving embrace of his lifetime love Patricia, wife of 60 years. Preceded in death by Clarence and Alma Nelson, Kathleen Ramskugler, Sharon Nelson, and in-laws Joseph and Liboria Famularo. Survived by sister Shirley (the late John) Kozey and the Kozey family, brother-in-law John (Mary) Famularo, many good friends and friends that made us feel like family. LeRoy honorably served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict, was a volunteer at Aurora West Allis Memorial Hospital for 24 years, and a longtime member of the Italian Community Center. Visitation on Sunday, July 10, 2022, at the FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 7520 W. Lapham Street, West Allis from 1pm until the Funeral Service at 3pm. Private interment at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Honor Flight or First United Methodist Church appreciated.
