Bartnicki, Leonard S. Born to Eternal Life on May 18, 2009 at the age of 78 years. Beloved husband of Dolores (nee Zaharias) for 55 years. Loving dad of Nancy (the late James) Conley, Thomas (Berna), Janet (William) Buchholz, Mary (Dr. Gary) Beyer and Lisa (Doug) Eyssautier. Proud papa of Daniel, Sheri, Maggie, Laura, Kaitlyn, Sean, Emily, Elizabeth, Jacob and Theresa. Dear brother of Alice (David) Fons and Sr. Mary Lois. Longtime, devoted friend of Alex and Lydia Felde. "Uncle" of Alex Jr., Dina, Denny and Lana. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10:30 am at Clement Manor Chapel (3939 S. 92nd St.). Visitation Friday 9-10:30 am at Clement Manor Chapel. Private interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Leonard proudly served his country in the Army and was a longtime employee of Allis Chalmers and the Journal Co. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated.
