Velk, Leonard R. Born to Eternal Life September 23, 2009 at the age of 87 years. Loving husband of Marian Velk (Nee Mecklenburg). Loving father of John (Judy), Sandra (Michael) Yehle, James (Therese O'Grady) and Susan (Glenn) Wrobel. Dear grandpa of Madeleine, Sarah and Jacqueline. Great Grandpa of Robert, Isaiah and Sierra. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Leonard was a decorated WWII veteran. He was also active in the Mukwonago Chapter of Kiwanis, a member of the American Society for Quality Control, an accomplished pianist and a meticulous woodcraftsman. Funeral services Monday September 28, at 9:15 AM from the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel to ST. RAFAEL THE ARCHANGEL (2059 S. 33rd St) for the funeral mass at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Sunday September 27th from 3-7 PM.
