Leonard R. Galubinski Galubinski, Leonard R. Entered into Eternal Life on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at the age of 80. Loving husband of Rose (nee Zawada) for 57 years. Dear dad of Diane (Robert) Sladky, Kenneth (Doreen) and the late Susan Cesarz. Father-in-law of Jim Cesarz. Special and best grandpa of Scott Cesarz, Jennifer (Matthew) Scheeler, Heather (fiance Scott Thompson) Sladky, Kaitlyn and Colin Galubinski. Brother of Rita (the late Leonard) Grant. Brother-in-law of the late Mary and Al Dukat, the late John Zawada, the late Al (Frances) Zawada, Ann (the late Edward) Wojtecki, the late Emily Zawada and Joseph (the late Judy) Zawada. Preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Clara Galubinski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lenny was an Army veteran of the Korean War, and a Master Baker and Cake Decorator for Heinemann's. He was a member of the St. Alexander Usher Society for 50 years. He was a member of the Holy Name Society, active with the Cub Scouts, Past President of St. Vincent DePaul-St. Alexander Conference and also sang in the Resurrection Choir. Special thanks to the staff at Willowcrest Rehab Center for the wonderful care and compassion they gave to Leonard. Visitation at ST. ALEXANDER CATHOLIC CHURCH, corner of south 16th St. and west Holt Ave. on Wednesday, April 16 from 9:30-10:45AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
