Kubach, Leonard F. Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on December 29, 2012 at the age of 95. Loving husband of the late Margaret. Caring dad of Patricia (Robert) Collette and Christine (Michael) Zuba. Proud grandpa of Sandra (Michael) Scholz, Steven (Tina) Collette, Jessica Zuba and Adam Zuba. Fond great-grandpa of Kelly (Jon) Cieslak, David (Kara) Scholz, Lisa (Ryan) Kalous, Amanda and Emily Collette. Great-great-grandpa of Payton, Blakely and Naomi. Beloved brother of Alexander, Dolores Kubach and Virginia Panfil. Preceded in death by his parents and other brothers and sisters. Also survived by his sister-in-law Florence Matthes, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Leonard retired from Heil Corp and served in the US Army during WWII. Visitation on Friday, January 4, 2013 at BLESSED JOHN PAUL II PARISH - ST. ALEXANDER CHURCH, So. 16th and W. Holt Ave. from 9:30am until 10:45am. Funeral Mass to follow at 11am.
