Cemke, Leonard A. "Lenny" Finally found peace and joined his loving wife Adeline on August 3, 2013 at the age of 91. Most beloved father of James (Irene) Cemke Sr. and Donna (Jim) Blackburn. Proud grandpa of James Cemke Jr., Jodie (Dan) Popik, Jacqueline (Ron) Wrycza; proud "Gpa" of Brett (fiance Irina Rosman) Blackburn and Steve (fiance Lyndsey Seefurth) Blackburn. Cherished great-grandpa of Jessica, Jenna, Nicholas, Meghan and Gavin. Loving brother of Pat (Frank) Andrejat, Joan (the late Donald) Davis and the late Ruth (Leonard "Swede") Switalski. Special companion of Lillian Sobczak. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Len served his country during WWII in the US Army and was a retired UE1111 worker from Allen-Bradley Co. Len was an avid dartball player for years and loyally followed the Milwaukee Brewers. In September, 2012, Lenny flew with over 100 other WWII vets on the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, Operation Resolve; that day was a huge bonus. Visitation on Friday, August 16, 2013 from 9:30am until 10:45am at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. with the Funeral Mass at 11am. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight or Aurora VNA Home Hospice appreciated.
