Leon E. Kuehn

Kuehn, Leon E. Age 63, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2013 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Karen (Nee Sobczak.) Loving Dad of Joel Kuehn and Kelly (Duane) Rick. Proud Grandpa of Jasmine, Katie and Braden. Dear brother to Glory Ann (Loren) Bayer and Renee Fedran. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Leon was a retiree from Harley Davidson, having spent over 34 years there. He was an Army Veteran and served in Germany during the Vietnam era. Leon was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a great lover of motorcycles. He was also a member of the Lakeview Trap and Sport Club League. He will be sadly missed. The family wishes to thank the nurses of Aurora Hospice for their kind and considerate care. Memorial visitation in the Funeral Home on Saturday, January 19 from 9 to 11 AM. Funeral service at 11 AM with military honors to follow.
