Lenore M. Blasier

Lenore M. Blasier (nee Larsen), was born into eternal life on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Richard. Dear mother of Mark (Amy), Kurt (Jayne), and Jill (Dan) Cummings. Grandmother to Nicholas, Kelly (Don) Zlevor, Matthew, Sara, Christopher, Michael, Sean, Jack, and Ryan. Great-Grandmother to Noah and Grant. She is further survived by one sister, Lylene Scholz of Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd and Leon. Lenore was born February 28, 1931, to the late Albert and Edith (nee Lambrecht) Larsen in Two Rivers. She graduated from Gillett High School in 1949. After High School she worked for Mirro Aluminum Company where she met Richard. They were married on June 21,1952 and made their home in Milwaukee. Lenore worked in the Jewelry Department at Gimbels and then Boston Store for many years. Lenore’s hobbies included Rosemaling, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a long-time member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Milwaukee where she loved to quilt and study with her friends in Leah Circle. A small graveside service will be held at a later date with burial at Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Green Valley. The family suggests memorials to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.
