Smith, LaVerne F. (Nee Klinkert) Entered into God's Peace on April 14, 2010, age 88 years. Loving wife of the late Harry. Loving mother of Richard (Nancy), Ronald, Sharon Sleeth, the late Barbara (Todd) Phillips, Diane (Randy) McDonald and Kenneth (Marcia). Preceded in death by 2 brothers, John and Ralph. Further survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Saturday April 17, 2010 10 AM at JACKSON PARK LUTHERAN CHURCH (4535 W. Oklahoma Ave.). PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH. Interment WI Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Multiple Sclerosis Society or to Jackson Park Luth. Church, appreciated. A special thank you to all the caregivers who helped take care of LaVerne the past several years. Visitation Friday (TODAY) 3:30-8 PM with a Celebration of LaVerne's life at 7 PM at the Funeral Home.
