Larry Thomas Olson

Olson, Larry T. Found peace after a battle with cancer on February 13, 2009 at the age of 67 years. Loving husband and best friend of Judy (nee Toepfer) for 35 years. Devoted dad of Eric Keith (Julie) Campbell and Eric Lon (Stacy) Olson. Proud grandpa of Colin Olson, Jordan, Kinsey and Caitlin Campbell and Brooke (Eli) Corona. Dear brother of Wayne (Nancy) Olson. Fond son-in-law of Bill and Jean Toepfer. Further survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service Monday 7 PM at the funeral home. Visitation Monday 3-7 PM. Private interment. Larry worked for the Greendale Police Department for 29 years, retiring as Lieutenant and went on join the State Fair Police, retiring as Chief. He also proudly served his country in the National Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated. Larry's legacy was his ability to see the hidden strengths and gifts in the people who were fortunate enough to call him friend
