Larry Monroe Mckee

November 21, 1948 — October 5, 2024

Larry's life was a rich tapestry woven with the love of his family, including his beloved wife Marilyn, who shared in both his jokes and his joys. His sons, David and Larry Jr., inherited their father's quick wit and talent for turning the mundane into the magical. Larry also played the roles of brother, uncle, grandfather, and great-grandfather with a gusto that would put professional entertainers to shame.

Professionally, Larry was as skilled with a punchline as he was with a handsaw. His work history was as diverse as his hobbies, which ranged from dominating video games to crafting intricate woodwork. He was a virtuoso with a sketchpad, and his love for music and movies meant his references were always on point. Larry's board game nights were legendary, and not just because he was a sore loser at SORRY!

Larry's life was a reminder that the world's a stage, and he certainly played every part. As we say goodbye, we imagine him sketching out his next adventure somewhere in the great beyond, no doubt plotting a comeback tour. So, here's to Larry McKee, a man who played the game of life with cheat codes that made every moment a little more joyful. Curtain call, Larry, and bravo.
