Kenneth J. Wibel

Wibel, Kenneth J. Age 82 years. Went to be with the Lord on June 9, 2006. Loving husband of Bernetta (nee Everson) for 57 years. Dear father of Beverly (Joe) Gorecki and Karen (Leonard) Pawlak. Proud grandfather of Joe Jr. and Timothy Gorecki and Mitchell and Rebecca Pawlak. Dear brother of Arlene Ehlert, Violet (Leroy) Goss and Roger (Ruby) Wibel. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service Wednesday at 7 PM at Greendale Baptist Church (5651 S. 51st Street). Visitation Wednesday 4-6:45 PM at the church. Family and friends will meet at Arlington Park Cemetery main gate (4141 S. 27th St.) at 9 AM Thursday for committal services. Ken was a 33 year employee of Allis-Chalmers having retired in 1982. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer’s Foundation appreciated.
