Reunited with his "bride" Marilyn (Herr) on October 9, 2018 in heaven at age 89. Born on December 16, 1928 to John and Catherine Grimm. He is preceded in death by his siblings Alvin, Edward, Gerald, Raymond, Ronald, Dolores, Esther, Marian, Edith and Kathleen. Dear brother of Alan (Susie) and sisters-in-law Pauline and Virginia. Loving Dad of George (Sandy), Ralph (Becky Rolfe), Gloria (Rick) Novak, Carol Ann (the late Ron) Armstrong, Laura, Donald, Catherine, Charles (Susan) and Dean (Terrie). Beloved Grandpa of Ryan (Jessica) Grimm, Christopher (Barb) Grimm, Noelle Grimm, Stephanie (Teddy) Mack, Trisha (Brian) Ewig, Amanda (Rocky) Grimm, Rachel Novak, Richard Grimm, Zachary Gold, Nathan Grimm, Brianne Gold, Ilia Grimm, Katya Grimm and Maddie Gold. Great Grandfather of 14 Great Grandchildren. Ken proudly served in the US Army from 1946-1948. 70 year member of Plumbers Local 75. Mom and dad were actively involved in Cursillo Movement, CFM, Marriage Encounter, Wilsonaires and Checker Board Squares Square Dancing Group. Longtime member of St. Alphonsus Parish in Greendale, WI. He volunteered at the church for variety shows, fish frys, Resurrection Choir, cantor, BSA, Good News Singers, money counter, soup kitchen and PMI. Ken enjoyed trips to his property in Redgranite. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 at St. Alphonsus Parish (6060 W. Loomis Rd., Greendale, WI) from 9:00-10:45 A.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Entombment with Full Military Honors to follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the charity of your choice. The family would like to thank the staff at Hales Corners Care Center and Allay Hospice for the loving care they provided to Ken.
