On March 2, 2023, Kathleen “Kathy” A. Cieszynski, age 75, formerly of Cudahy, passed away at her residence in Cedarburg. Kathy was born in Milwaukee on January 19, 1948, to the late Blanche (Jaskulski ) and John Reske.
Kathy married Ron Cieszynski on October 28, 1967 at Scared Heart Church in Milwaukee. They enjoyed 56 years of marriage. Kathy was a material controller for Delphi Electronics, formerly Delco, in Oak Creek for over 30 plus years. She enjoyed traveling, attending musical productions and volunteering as a counselor for the Alzheimer's Association. Kathy participated in bowling leagues with family and friends at Classic Lanes in Oak Creek for over 15 years. She also loved to dance and had a special skill for baking beautiful cakes. What she cherished most was being with family and friends. Kathy had the biggest heart in the world.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Ron; her children: Tony Cieszynski (Mary); Kristie (Marco) Zach; her grandchildren: Edward Cieszynski, James Cieszynski, Thomas Cieszynski, Joseph Cieszynski, Teresa Cieszynski, Noah Zach, and Lucas Zach; her brothers and sister: Leroy Reske, Kenneth (Colleen) Reske, and Debra (Michael) Marek; and brother-in-law, Thaddeus Cieszynski, and sister-in-law, Mary Cieszynski.
In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Rose Reske.
A memorial mass for Kathy will take place on March 24, at 11:00 am at Divine Mercy Church, 800 Marquette Avenue, South Milwaukee. A visitation will take place from 10:00 am until the time of the mass.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kathy's name to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated by the family.
