Kartar Chand

Mr. Kartar Chand (Our Papa) found peace on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. At the young age of 23, Papa packed a bag and embarked on an amazing journey to a new world that forever changed his life. Many have benefitted from his courage, kindness, integrity, wisdom, resilience, and willingness to leave his home and everything he knew for a better future. Papa resided in Punjab, India, Glasgow, Scotland, and Wisconsin, USA, throughout his life. He enjoyed reading, writing, gardening, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with his family. Papa is survived by his children (Kamlesh, Anil, Shukesh, Kamala, Rajrani, and Savita), grandchildren (Rajan, Neil, Rajiv, Anita, Vikas, Sonia, and Neena), and great-grandchildren (Ayvah, Ameera, Nicholas, and James), and was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nasib Kaur, and daughter, Raksha Devi. His family loved him very much and he will forever be in our hearts. Rest In Peace, Papa.
