Junia L. Sarvela (Nee Ollila) Born to eternal life April 20, 2022 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Rev. William Sarvela. Loving mother of the late Paul (Debra) Sarvela of Carbondale, Illinois, and Mark (Denise) Sarvela of Juneau, Wisconsin. Further survived by her loving grandchildren Kristin, late granddaughter Lisa, John (Erika); and Alexandra, Hannah, Jacob (Bridget/fiancé) and their mother Charisse Sarvela. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sister-in-law, other loving relatives, and friends. Junia loved animals, especially giraffes. In remembrance of her life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Milwaukee County Zoo. http://www.milwaukeezoo.org/ Private family services were held. Interment will be held in DeSoto, Illinois at a future date.
