Judith "Judy" L. Morales

January 22, 1956 — March 5, 2024

Judith L. "Judy" Morales, a beacon of joy and generosity, passed away on the 5th of March, 2024, after a courageous battle with lung disease. She was surrounded by her loving family. Born on January 22, 1956, in Wisconsin, Judy was a spirited soul who brought laughter and love to all who knew her.

Judy was a proud graduate of South Milwaukee High School, class of 1974. She went on to dedicate 37 years of service to NorthWestern Mutual, where she not only excelled in her career but also formed lifelong friendships and left a lasting legacy of hard work and integrity. Judy’s commitment to her work was paralleled only by her dedication to her family and her passions.

Married to the love of her life, Robert "Bob" Morales, for 38 unforgettable years, Judy was a cornerstone of her family. She was a loving mother to Jessie (Derek), Stephanie (Scott), and Anthony (Lambriene), and her grandchildren, the late Jeremy, Caitlin, and Ahren. Judy was one of seven children born to Margaret and Donald Warmuth, and she carried the warmth and strength of her family's bond throughout her life.

Judy's zest for life was evident in her many interests. She loved fishing, where the serenity of the water was matched only by her excitement for the catch. On the softball field, she was known for her competitive spirit and infectious enthusiasm. Bowling nights were filled with strikes, laughter, and cherished memories with friends. Judy also found peace in her garden, tending to the earth with the same care and attention she gave to every aspect of her life.

An extraordinary cook, Judy's kitchen was a hub of delicious aromas and heartfelt conversations. Her table was always open, a testament to her generous nature. Above all, Judy’s greatest hobby was being a mom. She poured her love, wisdom, and humor into her children, shaping their lives with her unwavering support and guidance.

Those who knew Judy best would describe her as loving, funny, and generous. Her laughter was contagious, her smile could light up a room, and her heart was always open to those in need. Judy’s presence was a gift, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who were fortunate enough to cross her path.

As we say goodbye to Judy, we celebrate a life lived to the fullest. She leaves behind a legacy of love, a treasure trove of memories, and an example of how to embrace life with grace and gusto. Judy will be forever remembered and dearly missed by her devoted husband, Bob; her children and her grandchildren; her siblings; and a multitude of friends.

In keeping with Judy's spirit, let us honor her memory by living each day with kindness, laughter, and an open heart. Judy's journey on this earth may have ended, but her influence will continue to ripple through the lives of those she touched. Rest in peace, dear Judy. Your love will continue to guide us, just as the stars guide the way through the night sky.
