Judith A. Slama

Judy Slama (Shtaida) born to eternal peace on April 4, 2022, at the age of 79, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 60 years to Chuck. Loving mother of Joan (Bill) Hayes, Karen (David) Frittitta, Diane Chapman (Joe Geiger). Proud grandmother of Susan (Travis) Hoffman and Chuck Hayes, and great-grandson Logan. Survived by her sisters and brother, Carol (Michael) Guerin, Thomas (Linda) Shtaida, and Linda (Gil) Alaimo, many relatives and friends. Was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Grace (Van Lare) Shtaida and sister, Mary (Mike) Madigan. Judy enjoyed crafting, puzzles, cards, traveling, and spending time with family. Judy retired from US Bank as a Lock Box Account Rep. Visitation will take place at the Max Sass Funeral Home - Greenridge Chapel from 5 PM until the time of the vigil service at 6:30 PM. Additional visitation will take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 10:00-10:45 AM at St. John the Evangelist (8500 W. Cold Spring Rd., Greenfield, WI). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or Breast Cancer Research appreciated.
