Joyce "Joycee-Girl" Franzen

Franzen, Joyce "Joycee-Girl" (Nee Nemeth). Joyce was born in Racine, WI. She passed away July 15, 2016 at the age of 68. Loving wife of Wayne. Mother of Dawn (Mike) Marsden, Debbie (Eric) Oldenberg and Scott (Chris) Tashoff. Step-mother of Wendy Hurst. Proud grandmother of 6 and great-grandmother of 2. Dear sister of Connie (Don) Damaschke and Dick (Cheri) Nemeth. Preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and LaVerne Nemeth of Yorkville. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Joyce loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Watching them grow into adulthood was one of her favorite joys. Joyce and Wayne loved to travel the country. She was an active member of the Women of the Moose Lodge in Muskego. Both her and Wayne were avid horseshoe players having won many state tournaments. Joyce loved her puzzle books and playing board games with her family. She had "THE GIFT OF GAB"! Visitation at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel on Wednesday, July 20 starting at 10AM until time of service at 12PM. Private burial at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
